Aerobic or cardio exercise such as jumping rope, biking, walking and swimming strengthens the heart, and builds endurance as well as cardiovascular strength, and is said to be the only kind of exercise that burns fat. Therefore it is highly recommended for people with characteristics of endomorphic to do high intensive Aerobic cardio exercise, circuit training or interval training.
