Tools you need for this circuit training workout routine is Aerobic Step Stepper, yoga mat, and light dumbbell
First exercise is jump squat. It is one of the best whole body exercise, and recommanded exercise for everybody who is willing to lose their weight.
Jump on an Aerobic Step Stepper lightly about 10~15 times.
Second exercise is bicycle twist. Place your butt on the Aerobic Step Stepper and twist your body for 10 times to stimulate your abdominal area.
Next move is plank shuffle. While holding a plank shuffle 3 steps to the right, then shuffle 3 steps to the left. Repeat 10 times
Lay down with with your knees up and your feet on the Aerobic Step Stepper. Keep your heels at shoulder width. Keep your toes down and heels on the Aerobic Step Stepper. Lift your back off the ground. Tighten your stomach and your glutes and then put yourself back on the ground. To emphasize your glutes, lift your toes and point them outward. Make sure to keep your heels on the ground. Repeat 10 times
Get on the Aerobic Step Stepper and do the reverse lunge. While on your way back to the Aerobic Step Stepper, do the dumbbell curl.
Finish the routine with push-up.
